Is It Part of "The Setup"? (Part 2 of 2)
“As enlightened and/or conscious beings, how do we know that chasing the people and pursuing the masses to teach/help/save them is the way to go? Is our programmed intent or innate desire to constantly attempt to enlighten ignorance our god given inherited blessing, benefit and purpose? Or is it our curse and distraction, provided to us compliments of the opposition?”
I’m not going to spend too much time quoting or referencing the 5 Percenters, their philosophies, ideologies or beliefs, but they were on to something key here.
The idea is that “only 5% of the population possesses true knowledge, while 85% are ignorant of the truth, and 10% actively deceive the masses for their own benefit.” Or “Only 5% of people possess true knowledge and understanding of themselves and the world, while the remaining 95% are either ignorant or oppressors.”
Of course these numbers are not necessarily exact, but they definitely provide a considerably reasonable and accurate pie chart that is undeniably clear, easily perceivable and true enough as a starting/launching point for those of us whom are working on dismantling this alien reality and need some numbers to work with. I concur with this part of their whole foundational premise. It provides an excellent way to divvy up the pie and to define what each section of the pie represents when seeking to generally sum up what is going on in our world, amongst the so-called ‘humans’ specifically. I agree with many other parts of their teachings and tenets as well, but they are not pertaining to the topic at hand and now isn’t the time or place for digression.

When delving deeper into the 5 percent ideology and agenda, beyond what was just mentioned, you’ll find a goal to enlighten the majority. But, keep in mind, this part of their agenda is definitely not limited to the 5 Percenters. Not even close. They are only an example or reference. This part of the agenda is so universally stardard amongst enlightened groups and individuals, it could be the binding commonality amongst them all that fuels their need to focus on a unified effort. Nonetheless, when we get into the explicit intent and effort to enlighten that 85 percent masses, things start becoming quite troubling, very quickly. For anyone or any group. As if it wasn’t already jacked up to begin with, right? (The word it in this case is referring to the state and condition of the masses, not that of the ones putting in the effort to enlighten or save them.) But this effort has been going on for centuries or even millennia. Yet, every individual or group with such a goal, has been, and still is, failing miserably (at least as far as that particular effort/goal is concerned). Why? It seems that whatever and/or whomever is operating with the intent to deceive and control the 85 percent has been winning by a landslide. Go ahead and lie and say they aren’t. It also seems that the masses is naturally more in tune with, and inclined to be, exactly what they (the 10%) are; or at least some smaller supporting cast to their garbage plots and schemes. They seem to have a tendency to lean towards the energy of the “deceivers” vs elevating towards, being in alignment with, and increasing the numbers of, the 5 percent few. If this specific part of the goal of the 5% (or any other group, for that matter) was working, it would at least be called the 7 Percenters by now, right? Or am I tweaking and missing something? With all due respect. No pun intended.
So how did they (the 85%) get this way anyway? And why has this agenda to enlighten/save them become a standardized part of the prioritized goals of all those who choose the proverbial red pill or become enlightened? I have been directly dealing with, pondering and reflecting on these issues and critically analyzing the histories of those who have come before. Trying to see where it all went wrong and/or why it has to be this way. From a UD perspective, it seems that the mysterious, unseen, highly effective deception that is being downloaded into (or stemming directly from) this realm and the beings that inhabit it, may have been setting us up for failure all along with this effort.
Strong claim, huh?
Yeah I know.
So what else is new with UD? We should all be used to and expecting this by now.
Critical Question!: How do we know that chasing the people and pursuing the masses to teach/help/save is the way to go? Constantly trying to enlighten ignorance, huh? Is this our blessing and benefit, or our intended curse and distraction by opposition?
Too often, one has more struggles and fights with the masses, than they do with the direct source of the evil they fight to eliminate itself. It’s like the masses serves as the first line of defense to support and protect the 10 percent. Like the beat-em-up NPC villains that you’d face in a bout of Streets of Rage before reaching the boss of that current stage.

It’s quite possible that the intent of this program is to target the elevated, enlightened, loving ones as they grow closer to or reach their powerful advanced state. They may embody the elements that are an extreme threat to this matrix. Part of the goal is designed to attack an undeniable, unmovable soft spot of theirs, that mostly all of them seem to have. What is this soft spot? The desire to want the same enlightenment, sovereignty and freedom for others that they have attained for themselves. To share and spread the Love unconditionally. Like a once enslaved, but now free man, who desperately wants to save the other captives, even though they are verifiably nothing like him. Or the once poor, but now successful and wealthy man, who critically hopes to empower the rest of the consciously impoverished stricken masses with his breakthrough secrets. The same secrets that he discovered, unveiled and utilized in order to get away from where he was and to help him become what he currently is today. But the people carry the demons of poverty inside of them and have bonded with it. Some have made it an excuse that they can’t live without. Some have made it a culture that defines who they are and will never let you take that culture away from them. Some have made it a religious explanation that serves as a required criteria for their inter-dimensional eternal salvation!
Oh yeah… And the plot thickens dude.
Whatever the case, chasing after the masses; and feeling obligated and responsible for enlightening them, saving them, protecting them and identifying with them; may be an integral part of our downfall. It might play a major role in our inability to complete the intent to dominate this planet/world with the needed Universal correction. Something we keep failing at, but can’t figure out how and why we keep failing. I am convinced that what I stress in this Cipher plays a critical and pivotal role in our inability to achieve such an intended goal.
Regardless, we are taught to feel obligated to pursue this seemingly dead-end effort, in one form or another. And if we don’t, or if we do and fail, we are considered un-enlightened or bad leaders. And you’d better not bail out on the task entirely. Why? Because going your own way is selfish, egotistical, narcissistic or considered to be missing the point entirely, which passive aggressively disqualifies you from being officially conscious and deems you still one of the masses or some sort of hypocrite. I mean, if you let this dominating alien reality and its inherents spew the narrative, that is. It’s like putting a guilt trip on a person who breaks free from the crippling inertia of a toxic debilitating family, lifestyle or culture. Somehow you owe your earnings and even your life to the inert group you’ve escaped from, if you are to be recognized as a TRULY good and graduated person, according to them, right? It’s the last stop to pull out when all the other efforts of torment, gangstalking, abuse, and demonic deception, subliminal programming and the other retardated practices couldn’t stop you.
Is this the trick? Is this a last effort to cripple those that could not be stopped, otherwise?
Often times, it won’t be the last stop, but simply part of the natural order (or disorder to state more appropriately) of the masses when engaging them, as they serve their purpose for the problem.
This agenda has been pursued so much by “our leaders” in revolution and enlightenment that it seems to have become internalized through genetic predisposition for us to behave this way. We are treated like a parent who is inherently obligated to constantly fight for and owe their reckless rebellious kids whom have already made their decision to go “the wrong route”. If you don’t, you are a deadbeat, heartless, selfish and irresponsible being/leader/parent/etc. This insane force is playing on how intense your heart feels for that which you’ve helped create. Eventually causing a life of unnecessary suffering, drama and losses, only to achieve minimal to no desired results. But you feel more like a good parent if you go along. And society will honor you as such the more you do this. SMH. Now multiply this from a single family event to all the masses. As soon as you become enlightened to whatever extent, graduate from the masses or start overcoming, breaking through, revolutionizing, achieving success and manifesting the qualities of a sovereign, advanced, free being, you owe your soul and accomplishments back to the same inert masses you evolved out of. Now you gotta help, teach, raise, parent, doctor, sensei, mentor, guide, lead, fight for, etc, all the little bebe kids who refuse to do what’s best for them and the rest of us!

Why do the “enlightened” and “enlighteners” keep coming up short with the masses?
How do we know that the masses out here, that seem quite like NPC’s to us are not actually part of the machine?
Are they actually part of the matrix system that the advanced beings like myself are trying to save them from?
Trying to help the masses is literally playing captain save a ho, which always inherently causes the savior massive issues.. And trust, i used to be a professional CSAH. Eat your heart out CZAR! 🙂 Little did I know, I was not built for such insanity, madness and chaos.

So, what are some of the issues that befalls many of The Collective Beings who believe in this purpose and pursue this reckless agenda as if it is their purpose and point for existing and attaining enlightenment?
A: It causes one whom is transcending to constantly compromise, dumb down and simplify; to connect with, teach and explain things in a way that the masses will “understand”. This is counterproductive and counterintuitive to say the least.
B: It causes constant guilt trips if you do not please ‘them’ (the masses) or reach them. They train you and bombard you with narratives that contribute to the conditions you are trying to correct. In the worst case, you are convinced to unconsciously train yourself back into their threshold of ignorance with the hopes of transforming them. But it’s all a setup.
C: You have to tip toe around everything, instead of being real; so as not to trigger their traumas, fears, anxieties, frailties, hang-ups, etc. So as not to make them feel attacked, less than, violated, disrespected, etc. They are like children who can’t take discipline and instead see it as a form of manipulative control, stressful oppression and/or ABUSE. Everything that will solve their problems is a problem to them.
D: They provide a critically false sense of security, protection and support. You think you are safe because you have “The Streets” or “The People” on your side.
Hm. Yeah right.
How well has that gone for most? When the “establishment” or their henchman and satellite operatives like the feds, bossi and cointelpro come for you, what the fuck are “the people” gonna do? What have they EVER done? Don’t get me to name calling those whom apply to my point. Hell, most who apply to my point will deny it themselves. Which would turn into a case-in-point situation. Again. When this happens, what are the people gonna do? What have they ever done?
I bet most of you are afraid to admit the truthful answer internally and externally.
Let’s not talk about if one is being “targeted” by so-called principalities like aliens, gangstalkers and demons… Yeah right. Then what purpose do the masses inherently serve? The People shmeeple. When these types of entities arrive, the motto the masses exist under becomes evident… ” So sad JoJo… You on yo own.”

E: One begins to base his merit, worth and status off of the response of a bunch of creatures who cannot effectively think or properly perceive. So if one becomes advanced, he is nothing based on that advancement alone. If he cannot operate well with the masses, he’s not advanced at all, huh? This is the narrative that makes you somebody, and its a narrative that YOU did not come up with. So why is it defining you? It’s a narrative designed to attack your desire for mass elevation and freedom, conjured up to lure you back into or keep you attached to all you were destined to get away from. Now instead of the people levitating to your level, you have to stoop back down to theirs and function partially and under their limitations. You gotta meet people where they are, right! Ha! I call Bullshit!
F: The masses doesn’t truly grow via the guidance of advanced beings. Most of them “attach and mimic”, similar to machines and crummy ai computers. They only produce illusions that they are growing. Even if they do grow, it is oft minimal. Just enough to convince you that you are doing the right thing and all your degrading efforts are paying off. Then once you are in too deep, their ‘growth’ quickly caps to a non effective point.
G: They hate ridicule, discipline, correction, etc. they may take it for a while but hatred is brewing within! It will be fired back at you when you least expect it and when it is the most inconvenient for you. Usually at the controlled discretion of their current rulers/influencers.
AND OF COURSE THE LIST GOES ON WAAAAAAAY PAST THE LETTER Z!
I am not saying that one should never ever involve themselves with the people or leave them all for dead. But it is critical that we choose our battles with/for them with extreme clarity, skepticism and wisdom. It is imperative to innerstand that we are not obligated to them, nor does our success need to be rooted in or revolving around their conditions and inertia. We need not be judging ourselves based on how effectively we serve, sanctify and save them from their easily addressable plights or how much we act as a supplement for the things they critically neglect or refuse to do for their individual or collective selves. The answer is not always to connect with them, beseech them and get their approval. And definitely not to get lost or trapped on our transcending journey and miss our mark for the glory of “the people”. They can easily serve as a divergence and an apparatus to stall and cripple you. I think it’s part of their purpose when under the control of evil. They can and often do turn on you at the worst and most inconvenient time. They will leave you to be that martyr for them as they get back to what they were doing before you started on them, 24 hours after your death! In too many documented cases, the minimal impact you seem to have had on them was not worth your death. I know it sounds harsh, but it would be better to lose 2000 of them than to lose one of the UD defined Collective!
Consider this burning buildings concept.
If there were two burning buildings. One building had 4 genius, visionary, history evolving, life changing, problem solving, innovative, constructive beings with leadership qualities and various larger-than-self purposes. The other holds 55 thousand general, everyday, shallow, superficial, simple-minded, sheeple (pun intended); scared out of their minds, acting completely helpless, screaming insanely, doing wild isht like jumping out the tenth story to their demise, regretting that they refused to prep or plan for such a disaster (if they can think that far), waiting on the first responder system designed by their oppressors or governments. If you could only save one building, which would you choose?
I’d choose the pack of life changing greatness for a thousand, Chuck!
Upon your attempt to rescue them, the 4 will likely insist that they die and be passed up in order for the 55 grand to be saved. Especially all those "women and children", huh? If I were their EVAC team, I’d say “to hell with what ya’ll think” and choose them anyway. Their genuine concern for the masses at their martyred expense being even one more manifested reason why I’d choose them over the others. Meanwhile the 55 grand ain’t even considering or thinking about them like that. Those 55,000 would NEVER say, “Save those game changers of humanity over there because of who and what they are!” The 55’ers simply DO NOT and oft CAN NOT operate or function that way. Consider that you may not even have to save the 4-pack because they either would never have allowed themselves to get caught in such a mess if it was avoidable. And if it wasn’t, they’d likely prove to intelligently and bravely find a way to put the fire out and/or escape for themselves! And after escaping and recovering, they would likely recognize an obvious problem, then take action to seek and attain the qualities needed to evolve the world out of catastrophes like this. They would invent a way to source and/or develop future building materials with impunity to fires; invest in rebuilding the damaged structures (and new ones) with even more dazzling architecture than the originals; develop escape routes and contingency plans for future incidents as such; and they will share it with the world, inherently saving millions of other “normies” from such horror and suffering in the future, without the normies even considering, caring or knowing who’s responsible for these great feats because of intelligently designed preventive measures that causes the threat to never even show up in their selfish, inert, “don’t-it-feel-like-9-10?-back-to-what-I-was-doing-before-the-incident-ever-existed” lives. Yeah go back and try to read that smoothly again…
To the Collective Few STARS: The power of saving 4. When the “less is more” concept proves itself and shines with no contest!
To the masses: Man… Don’t it feel like 9-10? 🙂
To my Collective True Elites… Don’t get trapped in the boot loop with the masses who live to continuously reproduce and perpetuate their debilitating, inert conditions over and over and over again, at your expense, just to win the prize of being illusively immortalized into The Martyrs Trophy of Human Taxidermy on The Wall of The Forgotten Abyss. It’s OK to help the people where and when you can, without compromising what you need to do for yourself and The Collective that actually “matters” in order to transcend this broken reality (or illusion). But you must always prioritize channeling and applying your critical and valuable energy into YOU and the rest of the willing Collective, instead of being soul sucked back into the stymie and furthered down into the quicksand of the illusion with the masses. Damn their claims of you being ego driven, selfish or whatever else they’ll try. We know the truth and need not consider their deceptive desperate input.
Far too many greats who had reached a worthy height and yet somehow had been foolishly convinced that the purpose of what they are and have is to cater to and save the masses, were turned on, defamed, stalled, shamed, neutralized, and even murked (killed or murdered)! You can see some of the ‘worst’ examples of this in the centuries old and still running so-called “Black Revolutionary Struggle”. And I refuse to start name calling or history referencing. It is what it is. You either know what I am talking about, or you fucking don’t. If you do….

You are on the “BullsEye” with this cipher! More so than the rest of your writings. They all fit a time point of our existence tho. BUT this one fits the time we are in now! IT FITS PERFECTLY!! I use to be one who kept trying to “SAVE” humans who refuse to wake up because I had “REAL” love for them. Those people were my children [and others]. I stayed, pleaded and tried my best [Truth knows I did] to get them to wake up, but to no avail to myself. “I LOST”!!! So I left them and their ignorance with them. I spent 3/4 of my life [this I advise you not to do] trying to help and wake-up people who resisted my love for them with rebellion ten-fold. I finally saw the “TRUTH”… They were never going to wake-up. Not because they could not. It was because they did NOT want to!!!!!!!! So to cut this comment short, I just have to say one thing. The video you used from “The Protector” is the perfect explanation for this whole world problem. [watch the video people, it tells the “TRUTH”!!!] You have to destroy these sick weak bastards or fuck them up so bad they can NOT function anymore!!! This love they call today is an “IMITATION” love! Beware!!! It HATES REAL LOVE!!! You will know by the action of said love if you are one of the awoke ones which one you are dealing with!
