It is finally here. One of the most critical Cipher series on the UD platform. Love, support and salute to all of my TI’s and those who want to help us OBLITERATE GANGSTALKING!
Operation OG has begun!
In this first installment i’m going to share an interview with Tivon Rivers.
What is mentioned in this interview is truly only the tip of the iceberg. I know much about this through experience first, then research second. I either have and/or am still experiencing everything this man mentions. But the plot thickens. There are many more operations associated with this tyranny.
But before we watch and listen, I will list a few components that I have or still am experiencing on a regular, and give my introductory rants/comments. The symptoms are listed in no particular order.
1: The constant shocks to the neck and head (and other parts of the body). I can tell well enough when things are happening to me internally and when something is triggering it from an un-natural/external source. Of course, one is not supposed to be able to do that if you let the slave tell it, so instead, I am simply labeled as crazy and delusional, unscientific or ego-tripping. Sorry, but no ego stroke is worth signing up for this. SMH.
2: People around my residence, screaming my name and tweaking. The external voices throwing constant threats and a whole bunch of other obnoxious auditory nonsense.
3: People following me constantly, and passing the baton. On foot, bike and car.
4: Synchronized events every time I go out, or even when I am inside. Sounds, and events exactly synchronized to, and associated with, my activity and thought.
5: Constant noise programs designed to target me. Random irrational sounds, pops, hits and clicks. Along with the synchronized noise activity of others around me. Flickering along with high frequency ringing in the ears, multiple times a day.
6: Having my whole entire dedicated room and work space being radiated and microwaved to an obvious level.
7: Secret threatening and suggestive messages being sent to me via cell phone and other mediums.
8: Electric shocks, jolts, racing heart, and extreme muscle twitches to the head, body and muscles throughout the day. Often most literally as I am dozing off or trying to go to sleep. And as I wake up, usually before I open my eyes. At the first sign of consciousness.
9: Synchronized disturbing fire trucks, ambulance and police interference. This can happen while you are out, or when you are stationary, at home or at other locations.
10: People constantly repeating my private thoughts, experiences and worries out loud around me, or directly in conversation with me.
11: People constantly “unconsciously” stating 6 6 6 or some triple six variant in their conversations with me or masked in their projects. Seeing the number set everywhere constantly, multiple times a day. Never any other number presented in such a sequence and consistency the same way though. Me myself, I am a man of 57 Sevens! Ha!
12: A mysterious ongoing illness that literally manifest dozens of symptoms that are usually, and should be, associated with various OTHER critical illnesses. Plenty hospital visits garnering ultra strange, suspect and sketchy behavior from doctors, with literally no conclusions reached and no diagnosis or proper tests done.
13: Hacking, and irrational malfunctioning of my electronic devices, computers, etc; I’ve hobbied and worked in IT all of my adult life and lay-users STILL try to challenge and discredit me on this one. Shame on them!
14: Sabotaging my plans; constantly being flagged when trying to execute transactions like Western Union, account setups, digital store purchases, etc.
15: Constant additional checks, flagging and sabotage when traveling via airline, train or bus.
16: Mind controlling and externally influenced behavior of people around me who are not sensitive enough, intelligent enough and/or strong enough to recognize and/or negate the influence/intrusion.
17: Unusual sleep disturbances, nightmares and troubling dreams. Synchronic sleep depriving attacks. Extremely soaked night sweats and the whole nine.
18: Being blacklisted and blackballed from jobs, credit agencies, online services and social media sites upon signing up (or at least attempting to, many times).
When it comes to UD, social media sites be like:
“Suspicious activity has been detected. You have violated our terms and conditions and can’t log in.”
I'm like, nigga! I didn't even do nothing yet! I haven't even posted a tweet yet! WTF?! Heck, I barely had a chance to "confirm" my fucking email you frauds!
They be like…
“Well we can get ya going if you send in a copy of your ID, two retina scans a voice sample and a live video with you showing your anal cavity for intrusive Ai analysis. But don’t worry. It’s for YOUR safety and protection. We just wanna make sure it’s REALLY YOU and that you aren’t a robot or a terrorist engaging in fraud or other conspiratorial criminal activity….”

These are literally only a few of the madnesses. Such a list is nowhere near exhaustive. There are so many more things that happens as a result of these attacks. We’re only warming up here in this first installment. Some of these experiences are not exclusive to, and only possible as, a result of being targeted. So if you find yourself or someone you love experiencing one or two of these things, independent of the others, don’t panic or jump to conclusions just yet. They can often happen to anybody for one reason or another, outside of targeting. But it is key to understand that this is exactly the reason why such an operation is setup the way that it is. It’s by design. Engineered to fit in as seamlessly as possible with ‘natural’ occurrences and every day scenarios. THE PERFECT BLAME-SHIFTING SCAPEGOAT! And even when an event IS a natural occurrence; when these things take place in conjunction with being gangstalked, EVERYTHING is amplified and hyper-sensitized. Again, by design. Some of these things by themselves can seem so benign and ineffective (for the third time I say, “by design”) but it is more intense than meets the eye when done collectively, continuously and systematically. This is all by design! I will go into all this in much greater detail during future Ciphers in this series. For most TI’s, it’s torture and it damages and hurts them badly, in more ways than one. It shall not be ignored or glossed over.
Throughout the community of TI’s, the questions are always presented…
What's causing this?
Who or what is allowing it to happen?
How are they getting away with this?
There are many answers to these specific questions. For the ones that have been provided so far; many are true to fact. Some are speculation and a few are downright total BS. Some answers have yet to be unveiled. There is also a heavy degree of intentional disinformation when looking for the cause and answers. Likely pushed by the perpetrators themselves (and their slaves), that have snakishly integrated themselves into the community scene for multiple and apparent reasons. Either way, there is one key factor that has never been mentioned directly as part of the answer. And of course I will reveal and briefly address it here.
Throughout history, this problem and answer has come up countless times by many popular wisdom-filled greats and unknown intelligent locals alike, from all walks of life. Obviously brought up and solved for reasons ‘other’ than gangstalking. But the premise and fact still holds true and remains, when it comes to answering the cause and problem of tyranny and evil. Gangstalking is no exception. Those of Kemetic/Afrikan and Eastern ascent (not ‘descent’) have been the masters at recognizing, pointing out, and offering solutions to correct this critical issue. Therefore, the plethora of information that has been provided to the WORLD throughout history by these people should NEVER FOR ANY REASON be snuffed out or ignored! As a matter of fact, it transcends time and should be taken with you into any space or reality where negativity, inequality and tyranny exists. IF you wanna be able to confront and correct the evil effectively, that is.
So what IS this issue that I speak of?
What IS one of the most crucial enablers of this problem?
What IS the most critical part of the answer to the aforementioned questions?
THE CONDITION OF THE PEOPLE!
"Let a man go down as low as possible; there must come a time when out of sheer desperation he will take an upward curve and will learn to have faith in himself. Just as Myron Mays had to clarify about himself;

I agree. And in spite of what others may think, I know what is happening to me. I’m knowing the majority of TI’s would allow me to speak that statement for them as well. And I do.
I have been told by ‘the perps’ discreetly, remotely and via proxy that “no one will believe you or help you”. This has turned out to be almost completely true, in one form or another. Ahem! Notice I said almost? At least within my immediate circle and amongst those I’ve had direct access to. With the exception of maybe one or two. But still not enough to get something done about it to the point of necessary satisfaction. This is merely a symptom of a society living under the influence unwittingly and/or uncaringly. Even my own personal family (mates, children, etc) who were figuratively clung to my hip, day in and day out; witnessed many ‘unexplainable’ and ‘unsettling’ things of the previously listed type happening to me (and themselves) when no one else could. They spent countless hours, days, weeks, months and years with me; going over the WTF-is-happening process; in thoughts, experiments and PLENTY of conversations that I was a part of. They eventually betrayed me, ignored it, denied it’s existence, got terrified and tried to hide it, denied all the evidence, turned it all back on me, refused to be a supporter and witness, and left me for dead in the end. They sure insisted on my alleged psychosis and troubling behavior though. Some have even unconsciously (and knowingly) worked in tandem with this agenda to my detriment in one form or another. Likely to their own as well, little do they know.

Being targeted is literally like constantly being threatened and tortured secretly against your will. And when you try to tell the people who claim to love you and have your back through thick and thin; they don’t believe you, they avoid you, they desert you and they call you crazy. Those claiming to be in some industry, field or business of helping, healing, serving or protecting; like law enforcement, psychiatrists, doctors, priests, politicians, etc. are no different. Some will even laugh at you, mock you and help the operation drive the knife in your back! And the torture continues right in everyone’s face in plain but not-so-obvious sight, as the perpetrators get away scott free and continuously go unnoticed.
At least during the days of overt and blatant slavery; and onward to the days of obvious and open systemic oppression, sabotage and torture; everyone knew what the deal was and could in no way try to deny it or hide their clear awareness of the problem. But the heart of evil knew, that style of terror couldn’t last forever, for obvious reasons. So today, the sophistication and refinement continues… As a result, gangstalking emerges.
Remote controlled humans by humanoids and their non-earthly puppet masters. A world of NPC's who think they are having free and natural experiences...
Even for those who claim to be unaware and not know what is happening; I call BS on a broken stick, mofo! Most people have access to awareness and enlightenment of reality. Either through a direct being SOMEWHERE in their circle, or through some third party means. In my case, if someone didn’t or couldn’t see and realize on their own, there was and still is NO WAY POSSIBLE they could co-exist around someone like UD and not be made at least generally (if not fully) aware of it! Through my efforts, if from no one and nothing else. At least that’s how I used to roll, without reserve or consideration. If it’s some isht like this going on when I am around; and I know anything about it; and we supposedly roll together to any meaningful extent… You WILL know about it! Because I have ALWAYS refused to let things like this work in the shadows as I keep quiet out of fear, insecurity, doubt or some other loosh chemical conductor that the perpetrators feed on. I’ve had to mature my approaches, reserves and considerations since then, but apparently my determination is still active.
Far too many claim to not see these realities unfolding. And if you dare correct them with evidence; deny them the option to spew their deception and evasiveness upon you; or ignore their claims altogether; they will label you a horrible being. Yet they are hypocritically ignoring yours.

In the modern world of today, too many people illegitimately claim empathic abilities, psychic abilities, high intelligence, clair-somethingness and next level connections with god or some “higher power source” but seem to have no true and deeper sense of feeling or awareness. If any of these things were even partially true, you wouldn’t even have to directly beg and plead with them to get started on the path of awareness and resistance to the evil things we are addressing in this Cipher. All you’d have to do in the worst case scenario is present it to them a time or two. In the best case scenarios, they would be able to feel, sense and see it on their own. Most would be outspoken about it, while doing all they can with their tuned in powers to help address and fix it. They would spot it in the environment with their third eyeballs blind, double-decker tarot cards, crystal balls of fire, PhD’s and their Jesus-God-Lord-God-Jesus-Lord tongue-speaking connections or whatever. But of course, they don’t. SMH. Bordering on complete spiritual vacancy and total fraudulency as people..
If you are one of the few who don't have these contradictions, shout outs and much appreciation to you! You know who you are!
I tried telling the so-called-people, during the earlier stages of the advanced attacks, while in a state of disorienting fear, panic and hysteria. I admit, not the best state to be in when trying to get a point across. But hey! Give me a break here, will ya! Anyway, that was completely futile and backfiring. When that proved to be an abysmal dead-end, I tried going on the run like a Bourne Identity fugitive with a hefty undisclosed bounty on his head (similar to what Tivon did), until I realized (just as he) that it doesn’t work that way.
"Evil men prosper because so-called good guys do literally nothing! Soon, everyone will feel the wrath of this psychotic machine, then they'll act surprised like no one ever told them. While they have their brains fried as if it wasn't already on the way out to begin with. Sad".
Everyone who knew me recognized me as being gifted, unusually smart and /or very unique. Whenever I began to use all those gifts of mine to recognize this disastrous reality of warfare, and others like it, I wasn’t their smart guy anymore. I was crazy, psychotic, confused and all the other messy accusations. And of course I’m only one of the many. No way we could be smart enough to see something like this, right?
There’s no way that we, as nobodies, could be targeted by such an ‘advanced operation’ spearheaded by governments, secret groups, spirit entities and other shadow-bound alien forces, huh? I am convinced that the amplified targeting pressed upon certain individuals has something to do with these special abilities that we are made of in the first place. But don’t worry. If successful, this reality that we reveal will soon be deployed in full force on the masses and it will be obvious to everyone again, like those aforementioned days of open slavery. And the likelihood of being able to resist will be slim to none, like a biblical prophecy from Revelations. North Korea and China are already leading the way in the more overt ways.
It’s funny how the average person watches 10,000 Netflix movies, HBO specials, TV shows and Reality CSI broadcasts, that displays and points to all this kind of stuff every fucking day, for the viewers fantasy driven entertainment and soothing past time pleasures. We read bibles and carry religious beliefs in things that are outta this world and insist that it is all real, tried and true… But we see no way that ANY of it is actually amongst us in a more practical and tangible form. Do we even consciously believe that this stuff has any truth to it? And even if it did, do we insist that there is no way, shape or form in heaven, hell or on earth that it would ever show up on our doorstep? I thought everybody was tough and spiritual? What happened? Well let’s just say, these kind of confrontations have a way of bringing out the true conditions and fears of the masses, immediately. The most elusively established fear I have witnessed. The way a non-resistive slave from the past had the fear of their massa consciously and unconsciously branded onto their psyche and internalized into their being, with no contest. I guess Willie Lynch was actually on to something…. Unfortunately.
So why am I coming off so intense and pointing these things out? How do I conclude this as being one of the most overlooked problems, in gangstalking as well as anything else of such a magnitude and troubling nature that is plaguing us? Because it’s this level of docility, conformity and ignorance, insisted on by the masses, that directly helps programs like gangstalking be successful and effective. Such evils could not be done as easily (or even at all) on a well informed, intelligent, conscious, enlightened, ascending society and civilization of “Universal Men and Women”. But this is what we got. So the masses of fear-ridden denialists can go ahead and keep lying, denying and gaslighting their way around it and into the matrix. What else is needed and expected from them? So much more! But what do we get?…
Apparently NOTHING!
And part of my point is that this is NOT a new problem. It has existed almost as far back as we can historically account for within the human struggle. And it is not really getting any better in any effective, meaningful way. For most of us TI’s, the current war has caused the demand for us to address ourselves and the reality amongst us in ways that we otherwise would have continued to sleep on or slack on. It’s sad that such convoluted obstructions, attacks and sufferings such as slavery, gangstalking, war, etc have to befall the people to reveal their waning condition and their dire need to snap out of it and elevate. Most TI’s didn’t know how vulnerable and open their circles were to external possessions, or how much the people were innately prone to “advanced negativity”… Until now. Operations like gangstalking just aims to exploit, exacerbate and integrate such profitable universal problems of inertia and ignorance into their formula for execution.
When I became a conscious man; a free one at that; my smart label no longer sat in the background, inactive and out of the way of the matrix (and its participants) where it was convenient for everyone. It no longer served their low level interests and agendas. I’m guessing the plan was that neither I, nor anyone else was ever supposed to use their smartness and other abilities to see and address such things as this. You see, in this new world, ‘smart‘ is exclusively reserved for phones, AI systems and their unseen programmers. So nowadays, if your smartness gets TOO smart, you may find yourself being labeled as a nut case instead. Or just plain ol’ negative. 🙂
The more one advances, matures and learns, he gets over all this foolishness. We mustn’t remain lost in evil’s systematic control on ANY level. No matter how dimensional, sophisticated or refined it projects itself to be on any given Sunday. We must not continue being detrimentally disgruntled with our fellow man for sleeping on the invisible-ish elephant in the room. In my case, I’ve grown through great suffering and error to innerstand why and how they can miss it and what causes them to function as they do. Realizing their condition within, as well as the overwhelming outside forces that are beyond them because of their willfully inert state. The condition of the collective people serves as a near infinite loosh farm and creates the perfect breeding ground for evil to emerge, do as it pleases and have a near endless field day, harvesting naive minds and souls. It still is what it is, regardless. And it’s worth pointing out. No sugar coats.

Peace be. Just finished my third read through. I can see how much of the content in the “Click To View” boxes shows “Video Unavailable “. Go figure. Just as you say “innerstand”, I’d like to add that I “overstand” the truth of the facts in this Cipher. As for the night sweats, I go to war so hard while sleeping, I wake up drenched with migraines. The ringing in my ears and all through my head, I usually attribute to “which one of the lames in my family structure is up to no good or speaking “hell” on my name?”. In order to violate the contract my loved ones (and others) have made with enemies, I always keep my internal peace by utilizing my own methods and weapons of war to interfere their plans of attack upon me…and man do I have plenty. As for random sirens, I am like “One of these clones somewhere either lost their minds and hurt someone or hurt themselves and/or who’s been consuming so much garbage that they health is in trouble?”. Of course there’s more to discuss regarding this Cipher but I will call the UD hotline and vent there🤔.🫡🎖️🎖️🎖️

It’s very unlikely that the cause of your symptoms are a direct result of those you know engaging in personal discontent for you. But indivuduals can be and are used as antennas, vessels and/or gateways and access points for targeting others. Again this is why THE CONDITION OF THE PEOPLE must be recognized and addressed critically, without compromise. It is also crucial that we intelligently seek and objectively confirm what is actually the source of these troubles or attacks. The general population of humans is so messed up and ignorant that when evil begins to do its bid, the ‘people’ and their way of existing often serves as an excellent conductor and corroborating element for the evil. Yet, they are NOT the source of the evil itself. Not innerstanding this or knowing how to deal with this is one of the most effective keys taken advantage of and used as strategies against us by the perps in these operations. I want to mention much more, but it will be covered in future Ciphers of this series.
Stay as focused as you can and thanks for your reply and insight. Keep ciphering for the sake of ending these problems. One way or the other.

Hotep To ALL!!! This is the beginning of the end and the end of the beginning!!! I say this due to my life story, also through my reading and being taught of the history of this place, world or planet that we live on, either way you want to describe it. In my knowledge of being here it is a den of thieves, murderers and psychotic beings, filled to the brim with “liquid” Psychosis in over flow! As I use my energy in my life to speak, that is my “TRUE” knowledge of this world we live in! I say world, not earth, because the world is the residents that reside upon this beautiful earth. So grateful to see you again UD. I was full of anticipation waiting for your next writing. As I read this page it was very refreshing and gave me a feeling of safety by seeing things that I go through in black and white. Breathing a great relief to see someone who knows what a lot of woke people are going through, but afraid to speak about due to being ignored or called crazy. Finally someone is telling every part of this sick world’s action against the earth’s inhabitants.

I have experienced #1-5. As for #6, mine is extreme cold instead of heat. The strange part is my windows are well sealed in my bedroom and my vents are wide open but my room is always very cold. As long as I’m awoke, it’s fine. But after I go into sleep mode, I wake up freezing. I always do the same routine by jumping up and checking both items and as usual they are both fine. The vent is open and window is shut tight. After many times of this happening, I finally caught on to why! Mr. and Mrs. demon, hard at work on the real humans, as always. I never checked again after realizing this. Knowing that move was not only for freezing me out it was to break my sleep! Get it?! They say in all books and all logical explanations that the cold means there is evil forces in that area. That topic I have known for quite sometime. When you look at any scary movie, when demons are around, the air turns blood chilling cold. Check the movie “The Exorcist” out. It is all through that movie.

#7 That is their lamest why to rile you up so they can start sucking your energy up, just like Count Dracula does to his victims. They love that negative energy just as much as Dracula loves his victims blood. The only way he [Dracula] can get them is if they let him in. Same goes for those “ASS-HOLES” (I call them that because that’s the closest word I can get to describe their make-up!). Think on that for a moment and you should get the picture I’m painting! #8 I have been having electric shots to my left side for quite a while, but lately they have just been concentrating on my neck. These happenings come out of the blue whenever they feel like causing this pain. I have to stop and try to move my head around in all different ways, massaging as I go to stop it. I’m always getting these electric shocks on my left side continually just about everyday. Guess what? I am not permitted to sleep on my left side at all. If I do I’m in big trouble. “YOU STUPID MOTHERFU–ERS”!! The heart thing started when I was very young. They call it a “Heart Murmur”, yea right!.. Tell the ignorant anything! It tripped me out for years. When I went to doctors to run test, guess what they said every time? YEP, you guess it! “Your in perfect health, we can’t see anything wrong”! Of course they can’t because more than likely they are in on it or either Mr. and Mrs. demon have stopped their attack. Remember it’s more innocent people being used for their wicked shit than the number of evil people on their side. It’s hard to believe, but it’s true. You may say “If it’s more good than bad, how come they [good] don’t destroy them evil Bitches? Keep reading UD’s writings, the answer is in there! Everyone is NOT in on their fucked up shit!! They want you and everyone else to think that you are just imagining these things or YOU’RE JUST PLAIN NUTS!!!

#13 Is a checkmate for just about everyone. That’s their fuck around technique they use just to have fun with you. Example “Hello, hello, etc, etc.” while they are listening or watching you having a good laugh.

#14-18 Is when they so-called put all their sick plans into action. They do #18 more so to melanin-based people. That’s a hard cold fact! The Insert with “Swami Vivekananda” is true to the bone. The last sentence hits home if you innerstand his words. I myself Say “WHY” also! When the saying came out “Every man for himself” the world took this in the wrong context completely. I loved the insert with the “ITS” sitting at the table and one jumped up and said “YES, I KNOW ABOUT YOU!” That one got me, like the cartoon of “Tom and Jerry’s “The White Mouse” episode that you put in “Up from Slavery Pt 2 1/2”. Geniusly Done…. If I can say that?! UD when it comes to your “Click to View” inserts, you are a Master with that. They always give you a better understanding. And a rest for those who may not get it. If some people need to rest to catch up. It works!

If you think the “whatyoumacallthems” only target the well knowns or the ones in power, you are sadly mistaken. That’s what they want us to believe. The real truth is they want every “REAL” human being, that is being Human, off of this planet! That’s their sick sincere serious plan. Real talk, No joke! WAKE UP PEOPLE. WAKE UP! UD is not the only one trying to open you eyes about this evil plan. There are others. But I “KNOW” for a fact most people won’t even get the point. This “ISHT” has existed since the so-called creator made this place! That is another story all together to hip you to. It always has been this way and always will be this way (their Way!) You see it’s a battle against its own existence. The so called theory of God. We are the off shoots of its existence. We are the innocent ones taking all the blows. I guess from where I stand and see….. Whomever or whatever created all this “CAN’T” seem to figure this thing out, so we were created to see if we could? [Gen1:26-27] Just a thought, but if that’s so… What happens when we die? That question is to deep to go into, so I’ll just leave that one hanging there! Who knows? I don’t! Do You?! The reason I say this is from what I have read and been taught that “God is all good and there is no evil in him”! He created everything that we know, right? And He’s all good right!? Well then where did evil come from? I can answer that one with your own holy book! The Bible. Pull up [EZEKIEL 28:13-19] That’s where he created satan, which was Lucifer at first. So if Lucifer was created by God “IN HEAVEN WHERE THERE IS SUPPOSE TO BE NO EVIL”! How was evil found in Lucifer unless it came from God himself! IT’S IN BLACK and WHITE IN YOUR BIBLE. THINK ON THAT!! If you are a real person you will say “YES”! YOU ARE CORRECT. IT’S THERE ALRIGHT! SO WHERE DO YOU GO FROM THERE? EVIL CAME FROM GOD! he said so himself. Read [ISAIAH 45:5-7]!*****I rest my case! It’s in other holy books also. I use the Bible because it’s every where in the world as those think-they-are-so-smart fuckers wanted it to be.

To anyone who is reading UD’s writings, I advise you to stick like glue to this one. Not just any glue, “SUPER GLUE”. You won’t be sorry. This I mean from the bottom of my heart and soul. I’m a 77yr old Elder. I have studied many religions, have studied many Messiahs in my time with high regard to them all. I’m still searching. That’s how I found UD.
